He has Romany blood its in the back of the van to be sold for scrap, statics aren't cheap these days ;o)))))go on then. where have you hidden the cables? or is it all been converted to wi-fi?
me thinks top. vort the electrical HoudiniWhich one is before and after
Non of it works now its all ripped out, that's why the lead lamp is thereThat fire sensor ain't going to work, up there!
Lead lamp is worth money as well as the church lead you have stashed in the back of the van.....
Like LED vs LEAD?And we wonder why people struggle with English when the same word means 2 completely different things!
And its quite plausible to beat self up with a pipe/armour made of one of them !And we wonder why people struggle with English when the same word means 2 completely different things!
nope, it's graphite. .You can lead a horse to water but a pencil must be lead.
That was the old lighting wiring. It is a whole unit with two small offices in, not a corridor.Judging by the taped ends I'd say half those cables weren't doing anything anyway so could be stripped out.
You can get blood out of a stone can you? And don't say yeh, throw it at someone that don't count.rib Vortigen and squeeze some ££££'s ut of him? ;o)))))
Too true every £ is a prisoner and always within reason look after number 1 and the family. You can get blood out of a stone can you? And don't say yeh, throw it at someone that don't count.
We are just being nice to massage your ego, *you ripped out and flogged usable cable to fund the PCM fee on the static and are doing a run on a customer as you need too please he missus with a weeks holiday to Benidorm. It is heartening and encouraging to see such incredulity and disbelief I must be good then if you can't beleive it is even the same place. Thank you all for your lack of confidence, it is most reassuring.
I am sure you are, but in an amusing way. My day will come To be honest if you can spend a day with me and some of the guys I work with and keep your cool, you can handle this forum and the punishment with nourishment it hands out. I like the humour mostly.*I maybe taking the proverbial...... ....... 'o))))))
is the same and worse.the unit next door
The cables are not grouped. Two ring circuits and one lighting circuit, each exist within its own conduit going into CU separately in 20mm conduit. I used the existing ring and split it in two for each half of the office and the lighting was already in its own trunking. The wiring I used has been there for twenty years and was put in when the building was built. Oh and by the way all checked out perfectly in testing. It was done properly originally and is still good after twenty years. That is why I wanted to get rid of the added on crap and revert to the original.derated due to grouping
No need to bring your wife in to it......Re-use the old...replace the crap...leave a good, sound and safe job...
way to go, Vorti
Easy Peasy Vort, you haven't seen some of the Cee U Next Tuesdays that I have had to work with as a contractor, the sparky game is tame compared to the IT world.I am sure you are, but in an amusing way. It’s common practice to install them in large voids above ceilings and service risers....although I often come across them with the covers still on when they’re situated in these sort of places.....commissioning bloke not being thorough! That fire sensor ain't going to work, up there!
And we wonder why people struggle with English when the same word means 2 completely different things!
In my case these are complex questions that just don't have yes or no answers .
Good practice to put fire detectors in false ceiling spaces just as it a good practice to put in lofts. That fire sensor ain't going to work, up there!
How come cable appears to be running under the grid?Looking a lot neater,
There fire detector head may be installed in ceiling void as protection but should have an indicator fitted to suspended ceilingThat fire sensor ain't going to work, up there!
The plumber saw a gap and ran a flexipipe in for the drinks vending machine. You know what they are like.......How come cable appears to be running under the grid?
