Hi all, long time lurker first time poster here!
Was thinking recently that with the new ev charger installs taking off, and with Solar batteries improving all the time, there must come a point soon where by a solar pv install with battery system is becoming more efficient and viable, so therefore I've been researching doing such courses.
so my question is : has anybody had any experience doing the solar course recently?
it appears city and guilds have discontinued it, and I don't understand why, I understand that the whole thing died a death when the government grants stopped, but It's obviously the future still especially with all of these car chargers having an increasing impact on the grid and government targets of becoming more green.
The main one now appears to be Bpec, which is supposedly only for domestic, so how would one now qualify to install solar on commercial?
TIA
