Now if they had one where the vertical guides either folded down along the top/bottom of the guide is get it, I'd be afraid of bending them if they're fixed ?

What tools do you guys use that you don’t need as a necessity but once you get they make your life that much easier? For example knipex installation pliers/ ck armour slice/ ck cable tongue

i can't live without my multitool. it keeps my underpants up, allow me to pi$$, and keeps her indoors happy.

Always fancied getting one, usually put in my basket and then take it last minute just before ordering. - As can't see myself using it that often.

Now you've put in the frame of mind just to go and get one. Had to cut down spade bits in the past to fit in normal drill as space between joists were just not wide enough.

I just been using cheap(ish) Tacklife and love it.

I prefer the Milwaukee Offset attachment to any cordless angle drill I've used. It's been pretty much bullet proof and I've used it to drill up to 32mm holes with wood bits (I'll probably break it next time I use it now!)

Mine would have to be my Dewalt Green Laser Level...didn't need it as I already had the red one, but the green is just so much better, gone are the days of trying to cover the windows on a good sunny day

I think I originally bought it when I was wiring a lot of boilers and getting annoyed with programmers fitted above kitchen worktops where you can't get a normal screwdriver in to the locking screws underneath.

laser tape measure. great for measuring room dimensions up to 30m, but drawback is it's only in metres/centimeters. need a normal tape measure to convert to understandable .

Isn’t there a button on it to convert to feet and inches?

I might get slated for this one, but tool I can’t do without at the moment is torque driver with a slot/ pozi bit

Significantly better than my method of screwdriver bit and a pair of pliers.
