SO, I have this Lutron single pole switch and I realize it has a neutral wire and of course the switch Im replacing has only the Hot and the load wires SOOO---What do I have to do try and find a sensor switch with no neutral? Is that a thing?

What type of "sensor switch" are you wanting - occupancy sensor?
Lutron do make one - try Googling:
Lutron Maestro Motion Sensor switch, no neutral required, 250 Watts Single-Pole, MS-OPS2-WH
