Try operating the CB for the socket it may have tripped but the switch indicator has not moved to the off position

Tested the terminals with mains voltage tester and it is showing there is electrical charge there but nothing works in the socket

Tested live to neutral? If there’s power at the terminals, but not going to appliance, then check the fuse in the plug, otherwise faulty socket.

(try a known good appliance like a table lamp)

Fuses all changed and sockets replaced with new Still not working

Yes I have lost the neutral How do I rectify this ?

you either find the fault or bite the bullet and call an electrician.
