I need it for the electrical calculations that are going to be posed in the 17th editiion exam

Shouldnt worry to much about calculations in the eam its more about finding information in the BRB I did the full 60 question job and got one calculation question.

Remember you only have 2 minutes per question

Electrical Exams - Exam questions software for the 2330, 2382, 2392 and Part P courses

this site any good to you mate? i have used their software before and proof read some for them. the 17th and the 2330 l3 stuff was great. some freebee stuff on there too. btw the site or software has nothing to do with me. wish it did i should have been on commission at college for the amount of lads that have bought it.

Hi There Guys

Thanks for your replies, here is a more concise version

I was on a website week before last and found that they would take you through step by step doing electrical calculations, but they specified that all these calculations would require the use of a Casio fx - 83 MS , which I have gone out and purchased.

The thing is I can not find this website again.
I need to find the website so I can do these calculations before I take my 2382.
The question is :-
Does anybody know the website concerned ?
OR
Can anybody put me in touch with another website that might be able to help.
I look forward to whatever info you can provide please

not sure which one you have been to but if you do find it again it would probably be helpful to the students on here if you would post the link. have a look through amberleafs stickys on here he is a top guy that has spent a lot of time putting loads together for people on here i am sure you will find something useful on there

FOUND IT FOUND IT FOUND IT

But it is a pdf,any ideas anybody ?

I await with baited breath

Just seen the download area ?

Admin or mods please advise

Hi there. I am trying to do the calculations for Compliance with thermal constraints: I can work out the equation that ends uup with a 0.71mm size cable, but all the other equations seem to fail and I end up with 23 over 10 or something daft. I have bought the Casio fx-83GT Plus - which has helped, but it has been so long since I was at college last....:0(
Can anyone give me the exact sequence of keys to be pressed to obtain the same answers as the sheet I am working off???????? A big ask, but would be much appreciated as I have my exam Thursday night:0( HELP!
