point taken eng....see, i always double over the conductor anyway....but i`ll get em a bit shorter...just for you...lol..For some reason i always pictured you as a thin wiry guy... lol!! I bet most picture me similar to your build, and probably bald too. How mistaken they would all be!! lol!!
Nice job Glenn, though it would have been better to have kept the bared conductor of the terminated cables to a minimum on the Neutral bar!!

was just in the board....the board was a split load job...look at the neutral bars....Not a critiscm glenn but how comes you put a main switch and an RCD in?

It looks like you haven't disconnected the main earth it looks like your testing all the flats earths? Could be wrong though small pics on phone, you look like that guy who won triple jump at the Olympics ( but slightly bigger :love

if your on about the 25mm neutrals....they come like that with pre-formed ends...i think the strands are resistance welded together...or brazed or something....and i agree with you on em...their too long.....For some reason i always pictured you as a thin wiry guy... lol!! a Zdb was carried out....an eagle eyed onion! We'll pretend it was a ZDB instead, shhhhhhh no one will ever know.
Zdb....see #37But you still need to carry out a ze at the board end
