Calibration for Part P

Passed my 4th Elecsa assessment yesterday and was given the following piece of info regarding calibration.

Apparently this costs around £20 and lasts 3 years which should cut down on the £70 a year i am currently paying.

Some test equipment manufacturers state within their warranty that traceable annual calibration is a necessity.

Although it may prolong a calibration period, you may void your warranty by not having your tester calibrated annually.

The 3 year Fluke warranty on my 1653B has expired so no problem
