Customer demanding a refund

i though my customer complaining was bad.... jesus!! i had a easy life... mine paid me there and then with cheque and told me she will go else where for any other services (as i never returned he call within 30 mins) and then asked me about NIC /ECA and the council how they run things....!! think she was loosing it TBH!

This customer in question has been mouthing off now to the agent who passed her onto me - Agent has now refused to allow me to do any working for them - swearing at me down the phone and everything.
Last thing he told me was if Im seen near his place or the said customers place then the said customer will put me into the ground - Police already informed!

All this because the silly woman claims she paid me twice! HOW CHILDISH!

I would take your bank statements into the leting agent and show them your evidence- don't let them copy them or take them away

Then point out that you are right and they appear to have taken someone elses word over yours and you thought better of them]

Then say- if they want you to do more work then you will do so, as long as you receive an apology

Again another case of pass the brick at a time of night that suits both parties!
