Joining existing cooker cable

So I could do a solder/crimp join without a JB ( it would be underfloor)

Will it be accessible, will it be MF?

I’d go with
1) re-wire circuit as 1st choice.
2) use 60 amp JB (see above) and ensure it is in accessible location
3) there is no third thing.

They are only rated for MF when used within their Wagobox enclosures, a type tested thing I think.
You're never getting 2 x 6mm twins in one of those boxes though.

Wagobox XLA is rated to 41Amps.
They also make connectors for up to 6mm cable (773 series) and are also rated up to 41Amps.

I have used the connectors a few of times now.

2x 6mm goes fine into a regular Wagobox (use 2x 773-173 + 1x 773-102).

Wago do 6mm connectors but I dont think 2x 6mm cables will fit into a wagobox. Crimp or solder connections.

What about a wiska box

Thought that, I could use a metal 150mm x 150mm JB with stuffing glands then ?
