Swing gate opener open instead of closing the gate

Hello all.

I would really appreciate some advice please.

I have bought a swing gate opener and the board inside is armsolar g3. I think i have setup everything correctly and finish the learning (opening and closing) process, i think correctly; but the thing is, first when the opening and closing process finish the gate are in the open position. Second when i push the button to close the gate, the closing timer switch start and after 30 second reopen the gate.
Is it an error with the opening and closing learning ?
Has anybody experienced something like this before or can help with this please ?
