I need to run 200' of electrical to and outdoor outlet. My question is; I am only running this outlet to power an AC transformer to power an outdoor access point for WIFI. The POE power injector is 15.4W (Max. 48VDC). What gauge wire should i use for this one outlet?

You need a minimum of #12 and you will be fine
