That's terible a nice gusset bend in there would have done the trick. Bet the cable was short when it was pulled in and they've done that to gain a few inches lol.

Ok now I'm going to tell you that that is a shopping centre car park, the trays are on the ceiling and can easily be touched as the trays are only about 6'6" off the floor, very low ceiling indeed.

I also think someone might have driven or reversed a vehicle into it. It's difficult to say without seeing it from further away but the height changes on the right hand tray don't make sense even as a cowboy install job..

No if you look at the first pic it's been bent to allow the cables over, it's at that angle because of the weight of the cable and not enough support

Look what I found, this is the 11kv tri for the TX. Nice!!, think its safe to say that in this case the tray bond was required.

looking at that, I would say that the tray has most likely been put in by some underpaid labourer who wasn't interested, they have put this in before the steel work was even finished hence the jotum spraypaint all over it, then they probably got paid off during the usual agency rotations, the job was probably behind on the concrete or something similar......the cable pullers have been in and pulled it over the tray with a few cable ties to get it to turn in the way they wanted it, they would have been in and out as fast as possible, then the steelwork got finished and sprayed white, going onto the tray and cables at the same time...

you can see it was done fast and untidy, the screwed rods are all odd sizes etc...and the ends are bent where somebody has been shoving an alloy tower about to put the cables on there....
