A magician. He’ll need to be to get that layout in to the existing cupboard. The cupboard is 90mm to short, even more when the DNO need the Ryfield lifting to get the cable in.

It's a big job, electrician is doing the work. This is just a small part of the job. The SWA runs off in a straight line, so no problem with SWA.
Well spotted, the cupboard is 90mm short, but I can easily make it higher, it's width that I can't do anything about.
I'll be making adjustment to cupboard, putting mounting board in and mounting Wylex on the wall, then DNO fitting Cut-Out, EDF fitting new meters and sparky connecting back to CU's.
UK Power Networks have agreed Cut-Out 100mm from floor is okay.
