Why a revisit?I have to say if I presented that installation to my area engineer I would be paying for the day and another day for when he comes back for a revisit a couple of weeks later...

I would hazard a guess that the Engineer would have taken one look at what he had been asked to assess and come to the conclusion that the install was / is carp and asked to visit again after the install had been tidied up.Why a revisit?
