Hi, I recently discovered at my brother in laws that he has a circuit which feeds a outbuilding, but we also discovered that it’s attached to a small part of the downstairs sockets towards the rear of the house! The concern is this outbuilding then goes on to feed another small shed.. is this 32amp breaker which controls all of them located in the house going to be sufficient and if not what is the correct way to remedy it? Thanks

In such arrangements there is usually an FCU or SFCU feeding the outbuildings from the socket circuit, is this the case here?

If not then as long as all cables are of suitable size then they will be adequately protected by the MCB, assuming this isn't a spur from a ring. It would however be a terrible design and definately recommended for improvement if possible.
