Hi guys I done a quick search but could not find a answer, earthing system in question is TN-S. Supply cable comes in is terminated into two 1361 cut outs and then one set tails then go through to next door into another 1361. Am I wrong in believing that in order to test ze properly the next door property should be isolated and removed from the MET to conduct the test?

Only the main earthing conductor to the second property needs to be isolated. So you will need to liaise with the neighbour before you disconnect the main earthing conductor to that property. Then proceed as normal to conduct the Ze test in the property you are working in...
There is no need to disconnect the line and neutral to the neighbours property.....

Yh fully understand that otherwise the install would have no earth, as for the live conductors they are within sealed holders and never had any intention of taking them out as no need to.

To verify that an earth path exists
•Main switch off
•Disconnect earthing conductor from main earthing terminal
•Put one lead on the earthing conductor and the other lead on incoming supply line conductor
•Reconnect earthing conductor to main earthing terminal.
