Discuss Can't get into a fitting! in the Lighting Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

On our ones at work, the diffuser pops out from the base, with the help of a flat blade screwdriver. There's a very small indent in the diffuser, where you can push in the screwdriver. Takes a lot of bashing, with the palm of your hard to get them back in.

Edit; not saying yours are exactly like mine, but worth a butch.
