not a lot. got a few small jobs booked for next week. like you, pete, i'm slowing down now. t'other day, wnt to 2nd fix a bathroom switch ( wall switch outside.). builders had kindly poked the switch cable through to the switch position after plastering, then cut it off in the loft space 6 foot short of the light.

The retirement lasted long.

We would have a couple of old boys who come to us as sales reps.

Think I could manage that, seriously I think the reason why they haven't bothered to contact me is because of my age, they won't admit it, but I bet that's the reason.
 
The manager would be quaking in his boots thinking Pete will be gunning for his job after a few months because of his experience.

No chance of that ever happening Lee, I worked for the Government, had my fill of dildo managers thank you very much, just wanted a part time job, serving or stock control, nothing managerial whatsoever, had my fill of that.
 
1- You need to do this course/ need this card/ additional qualification/ need to buy this new book(s)/ give our company money because reasons
2- Too many temporarys on the same P6
3- Domestics
4- Massive stickers over emergency lights so they don't actually give out any light
5- "Good old fashion bulb' that has burnt the ceiling/ joists/ cables to nought etc
6- "No English, talk to supervisor"

Off the top of my head at the moment
 
People who don't know the difference between two, to, too.
Ditto, there, they're, their, hare, hair, peace, piece, drier, dryer................. aaaaagh!!!!!!!! the list is endless.

Bad bosses, rude patients, bad drivers, (bus & taxi drivers are the worst) lisps, hair extensions, orange fake tan, plastic handbags, bitten nails, animal cruelty, ...............:dots:
